The present invention provides a vehicle cooling box comprising a cooling box main body arranged in the glove box of a vehicle so as to be attached thereto or detached therefrom and providing a space therein; an intake duct to supply indoor air or outside air of the vehicle to a heater unit of a heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system of the vehicle; a cooling box inlet duct to introduce the cold air supplied from the HVAC system of the vehicle into the cooling box main body; and a cooling box outlet duct of which one end is connected to the cooling box main body and the other end is connected to the intake duct such that the cold air circulating inside the cooling box main body can be introduced into the intake duct. The present invention can cool the objects stored therein by introducing the cold air supplied from the HVAC system of a vehicle, improve the cooling efficiency by varying the amount of introduced cold air supplied to the cooling box main body in accordance to the operation conditions of the HVAC system and be attached to or detached by a user when necessary.
