Disclosed are a car seat system which is illuminated by car situation and an illumination control method. A car seat system illuminated by car situation includes: a car information collection unit which collects user operation data and measurement data generated by a measurement unit, and generates and outputs an illumination type designating command corresponding to the collected measurement data and the collected user operation data; and an illumination seat unit which is installed in a seat of the car by including at least one LED and optical fiber, and performs illumination processing by using the LED and the optical fiber in order to correspond to the illumination type designating command received from the car information collection unit.
