Provided is a binary cycle heat pump cooling and heating apparatus using multiple heat sources of air heat and water heat, wherein the binary cycle heat pump cooling and heating apparatus obtaining heat efficiently by selecting one of the air heat and the water heat as the heat sources in nature in accordance with peripheral environments or situations such as climates, places, seasons or weathers performs heating stably and efficiently by feed-backing heat, which remains after condensation in a high-temperature side cycle, to the selected heat source in a low-temperature side cycle, or improves cooling efficiency by emitting the heat, which remains after the condensation in the high-temperature side cycle, through the selection of one of the air heat and the water heat as the heat sources. To realize the above effects, the binary cycle heat pump cooling and heating apparatus using the multiple heat sources of the air heat and the water heat comprises: an air heat source obtaining part (210); a water heat source obtaining part (220) connected to the air heat source obtaining part (210) in parallel; a first heat exchanger (102); a first expansion valve (105); a fourth heat exchanger (104) of which one side is connected between the first heat exchanger (102) and the first expansion valve (105); and a heating medium circulation part connected to the other side of the fourth heat exchanger (104). The heating medium circulation part has a heating medium housed therein and circulated to transfer the remaining heat of a high-temperature side refrigerant condensed in the first heat exchanger (102) to the selected heat source obtaining part so that a heating or a cooling operation can be performed, wherein the remaining heat of the high-temperature side refrigerant is absorbed through the fourth heat exchanger (104). |
