The present invention relates to an attachment panel for the waterproofing and the corrosion-proofing of a concrete water storage tank and a construction method using the same. The purpose of the present invention is to reduce the waterproof construction period of the attachment panels for the waterproofing of the inner side walls of the concrete water storage tank or a water tank by conveniently constructing the attachment panels on the inner side walls by the attachment of Velcro tapes of which the first Velcro tapes are integrally formed on the rear sides of the attachment panels and the second Velcro tapes attached with the first Velcro tapes are fixed to the inner side walls. To accomplish the purpose, the second Velcro tapes (3) are fixed to portions which are on the inner side walls (2) and which are attached with the attachment panels (10) used for the waterproofing and the corrosion-proofing of the inner side walls of the concrete water storage tank or the water tank, and the first Velcro tapes (20) on the rear sides of the attachment panels (10) allow the second Velcro tapes (3) to be fixed to be attached to certain positions. |
