The present invention relates to des-R prothrombin activation peptide fragment F2 (des-R F2) and a method for diagnosing, screening, and prognosis-predicting disseminated intravascular coagulation by quantification of the protein marker, and more specifically, to des-R F2 produced during an activation coagulation step, and to a method for diagnosing, screening, and prognosis-predicting disseminated intravascular coagulation by quantification of the protein marker. The protein marker of the present invention can be useful in diagnosing, screening, and prognosis-predicting disseminated intravascular coagulation by confirming the difference in expression level between normal persons and patients. |
