The present invention relates to a security system and method using a remote controllable power outlet. The security system using a remote controllable power output according to the present invention includes an access control device recognizing an entrant and detecting access information on the entrant; a power control device connected to at least one electronic device and controlling the power supply and network connection the electronic device; a management server remotely controlling an operation of the power control device so as to supply power to the electronic device and connect a network when it is confirmed that the entrant comes to the office on the basis of access information transmitted from the access control device after the access control device and the power control device are connected via a network, and also when it is confirmed that the entrant leaves the office, cuts off the power supplied to the electronic device and the network connection. Accordingly, an electronic device of a user who does not come to the office or leaves the office cannot be used by other people. Therefore, it is possible to prevent hacking. |
