The present invention relates to a high-voltage sterilizer, and more specifically, to a high-voltage sterilizer, whereby a hardwood for mushroom is sterilized, killed, and dried through electric heating by electrically conducting the cut section of the hardwood for mushroom at a high voltage, followed by cooling, mushroom fungus inoculating, and mushroom culturing. 1. A step of connecting one line of a high voltage side of a transformer to a metal tray, on which a hardwood is erected, on an inner insulation bar of a high-voltage sterilizer, and connecting the other line to a sterilizer body 2. A step of configuring a press handle to an upper portion of a screw pole coupled to a fixing knot of a screw press and connecting a female and fame concave-convex structure to a lower portion of the screw pole, and configuring an O-ring for preventing the leakage of water on the bottom of the metal tray 3. The press presses the hardwood, and the upper and lower metal trays are passed through by the hardwood, thereby allowing a smooth electric contact between the hardwood and the metal trays. An electric power is supplied to the primary line of the transformer via a circuit breaker, a door switch, and a timer, and the high voltage at the secondary side is used to sterilize, kill, and dry the hardwood through electric heating by electrically conducting the hardwood. The high-voltage sterilizer heats an inside of the hardwood for mushroom, thereby obtaining high heat efficiency without warming the hardwood. |
