<p>Disclosed are a system for an online ghostwriting service, which allows a contract made online to be legally valid, and a method thereof. The system for an online ghostwriting service comprises: a landlord terminal for downloading a lease agreement provided by a real estate trade management server over a network, and transmitting the lease agreement to the real estate trade management server after a landlord fills out the lease agreement about lease information; a tenant terminal for downloading a lease agreement which is provided by the real estate trade management server and contains lease information, and transmitting the lease agreement to the real estate trade management server after tenant information is written in the lease agreement; and the real estate trade management server which the landlord terminal and the tenant terminal access over a network, and which adds signature information for legal validity to a lease agreement which is completely filled out about lease information and registers the lease agreement in a lease database. When the lease agreement containing lease information is received from the landlord terminal, the real estate trade management server maps a correction prevention code onto the lease agreement and then registers the lease agreement in order to prevent the lease agreement information from being changed by a tenant.</p> |
