Provided is a tapping method for a blast furnace with a temporary tap hole formed of a pre-cast refractory sleeve. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the tapping method for a blast furnace includes a step of exposing an internal refractory structure in a location where a temporary tap hole is formed by removing an external metal structure of a main body of the blast furnace; a step of forming a through hole by removing the exposed internal refractory structure; and a step of forming the temporary tap hole by inserting a pre-cast refractory sleeve into the through hole. |
