The present invention relates to an EEPROM cell control circuit. The EEPROM cell control circuit of the present invention comprises: a signal input circuit for receiving control signals for controlling the operation of an EEPROM cell; a bit line control circuit for providing positive power and negative power to two bit lines connected to the EEPROM cell in response to the control signals; and a word line control circuit for controlling a sense gate line during a sensing operation in response to the control signals, and for applying the positive power and the negative power applied to a word line.
