ALIGNMENT METHOD FOR BONDING SUBSTRATE AND BARE GLASS

The present invention provides an aligning method for bonding a substrate to a bare glass which can precisely align the substrate and the bare glass by obtaining images of the substrate and the bare glass facing each other and by aligning relative positions of the bare glass and the substrate, which are disposed by using a separation distance between the outer periphery of the substrate and the outer periphery of the bare glass measured from the obtained images.
