PURPOSE: An insulation and sound absorption wall material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to implement various colors of materials and various shapes of wall panel assembly. CONSTITUTION: An insulation and sound absorption wall material(100) includes a mixture. The mixture is composed of calcium sulfate(10) and a porosity inorganic material(20). The mixture is shaped in the inside of a mold die(M). The mixture includes an additional inorganic pigment(30). The calcium sulfate is composed of powder. The porosity inorganic material is composed of powder. The porosity inorganic material is selected from at least one of pearlite or vermiculite. The surface of the mixture shaped in the inside of the mold die is provided with finishing-treatment by an organic color paint.
