PURPOSE: A sterilized beverage is provided to effectively increase hangover reducing efficacy of Hovenia dulcis by utilizing the absorption capacity of various minerals in tree sap in the human body. CONSTITUTION: A sterilized beverage manufacturing method comprises: a step of naturally drying sorted leaves and fruits of Hovenia dulcis; a step of extracting Hovenia dulcis at high temperature after mixing dried Hovenia dulcis leaves and fruits with purified water; a step of treating the Hovenia dulcis extract by heating and sterilizing; a step of separating and removing contaminants after freezing the Hovenia dulcis extract after sterilizing the same; a step of concentrating the Hovenia dulcis extract for which contaminants have been removed; and a step of mixing a concentrated liquid of Hovenia dulcis and acer mono tree sap in a 5:95(v/v) ratio. The mixing step additionally includes a step of mixing Hovenia dulcis extract and actindisa poly gama tree sap in a 5:95 (v/v) of ratio instead of acer mono tree sap. In the mixing step, an unheated strerilization treatment is added to prevent the destruction of nutritional contents in acer mono sap, birch sap, and actindisa polygama max sap. |
