The purpose of the present invention is to provide an apparatus and a method for automatically manufacturing plastic medicine envelopes, which can automatically produce a smart plastic medicine envelope with a front surface made of paper and a rear surface made of vinyl by comprising a heterogeneous medicine envelope material generating unit (100), an S-tension unit (200), a punch hole forming unit (300), a perforated line forming unit (400), and a smart plastic medicine envelope loading unit (500). The envelopes can decrease a rate of damage to the plastic medicine envelope due to external pressure below 70% compared with a prior art by enabling a user to directly check medicine through transparent vinyl with his/her eyes without taking the medicine out, can keep the medicine easily as a transparent vinyl side is hard to tear easily or become mushy even when the transparent vinyl side touches water. Moreover, high-quality plastic medicine envelopes can be mass-produced while low production costs by automating the entire plastic medicine envelope process through a heterogeneous medicine envelope material generation process, an S-tension process, a punch hole process, a perforated line process, and a loading process, in order to solve a problem that a user should directly take medicine out of an existing medicine envelope and check the medicine as it is difficult to check what kind of medicine is included in the medicine envelope; a problem that the surface of the medicine envelope tears easily by external pressure as the medicine envelope is made of only paper and the medicine envelope becomes mushy when it touches water, causing all the contents thereof to pour out to be lost; and a problem that defects increase as a plastic medicine envelope is manufacture in a manual mode and thus it is difficult to mass-produce the plastic medicine envelope. |
