The present invention relates to a method for making fried rice, and the purpose of the present invention is to make fried rice with kimchi, shrimp, or vegetable ham, having an excellent flavor through a more simplified cooking procedure, thereby improving the cooking efficiency. For achieving this, the present invention comprises: a washing step of washing prepared rice (ST 1); an oil coating step of mixing 80-95 wt% of the washed rice with 5-15 wt% of sesame oil to coat a surface of the rice with the sesame oil (ST 2); a material mixing step of mixing the oil-coated rice with a main material consisting of at least one of kimchi, shrimp, and ham, vegetables, and minor materials (ST 3); a steaming step of steaming the mixed materials for fried rice with steam at 90-100°C for 15-30 minutes (ST 4); and a settling step of, after the steaming step, settling the steamed rice for 5-10 minutes (ST 5). |
