<p>The present invention relates to a traffic light including a module in which a plurality of signal lamps is installed in one traffic light housing and, more specifically, a functional traffic light including a module in which a plurality of signal lamps are installed in one traffic light housing capable of saving costs and spaces, enabling easy measurement and installation, and improving management efficiency. The provided functional traffic light is able to display a red stop signal, a green pass signal, a yellow preliminary stop signal, and an arrow left-turn signal outputted from a signal controller. The traffic light includes: units each of which includes a red lamp for a red light, a yellow lamp for a yellow light, and a green lamp for a green light; a lamp combination unit in which multiple units are combined to an aggregate; a housing which accommodates the lamp combination unit and accommodates each red lamp, yellow lamp, and green lamp on the surface; and a control unit which is connected to each red lamp, yellow lamp, and green lamp and controls on/off timing of each red lamp, yellow lamp, and green lamp. As a single lamp combination unit made up of a plurality of lamps is able to display three color signals and arrow signals, the weight and volume of a traffic light can be reduced; installation of a support for the traffic light becomes convenient; and spatial occupation and fatigue of the support for the traffic light can be reduced.</p> |
