Disclosed are a depth image processing device and a depth image processing method, capable of removing a noise from a depth image. The depth image processing device according to an embodiment comprises a noise estimation unit for estimating a noise of a depth image by using an amplitude image; a super pixel generation unit for generating a planar super-pixel based on amplitude information of a pixel constituting the amplitude image, depth information of the depth image, and the estimated noise; and a noise removal unit for removing a noise from the depth image by using the depth information of the depth image and the depth information of the super-pixel.
