The device has a fixed or mobile structure and a visual function, where the device is provided with soundproof property, and a set of recyclable materials is utilized. A set of parts of the device is able to repaired and is able to be recycled with respect to the surrounding environment. A CAD is utilized for designing the device, and caster themics is utilized for cutting and thermosoldering by laser. A metal frame is arranged in the device along with a set of metal structures.
