Biogas production equipment using ship waste and exhaust gas according to the present invention is equipment that is disposed in a ship and produces biogas by using organic waste generated in the ship, including: a reaction tank that performs an anaerobic digestion reaction with pulverized organic waste accommodated, and has an acid fermentation tank which generates organic acid and a methane fermentation tank which generates methane gas from an organic material subjected to acid fermentation; a heat exchanger that is connected to the reaction tank, and supplies heat absorbed from ship exhaust gas to the reaction tank; and a temperature adjuster that controls the amount of the heat which is supplied from the heat exchanger to the reaction tank, and maintains the temperature of the reaction tank at 50°C to 60°C. The temperature adjuster can control the flow rate of the ship exhaust gas flowing into the heat exchanger.
