<p>The device has a pin (4) and a conducting wire (2) provided with a bonding strip (3) that is made of stainless steel to finish a brass washer (5). The conducting wire is connected to a socket-outlet. The bonding strip is coated with a small plastic sheath and held in a slightly tightened manner by a small radio grip. The bonding strip is placed around a thigh of a patient to recover static current.</p>
