PURPOSE: A fluorescence-tagged influenza virus is provided to detect mechanism of screened anti-virus. CONSTITUTION: A fluorescence-tagged influenza virus contains base sequences in which cystein residue is introduced in a part of influenza virus gene. The influenza virus gene is HA(hemagglutinin), PB2, PB1, PA, NP, NA, M or NS. The fluorescent material is FLAsH-EDT2. A method for preparing a fluorescence-tagged recombinant influenza virus comprises: a step of introducing cystein residue to HA, PB2, PB1, PA, NP, NA, M or NS virus gene; and a step of transfecting the genes to host cells. |
