The present invention relates to an expansion joint device for supporting a load capable of preventing settlement and easily discharging moisture based on structural connection. The expansion joint device comprises a first joint which comprises a first finger part formed by expanding from the upper side to the lower side of a concrete structure, a first curved part combined with the lower part of the first finger part and curved into a ��shape, and a first vertical part formed at the lower part of the first curved part; and a second joint which is installed on a concrete structure facing the concrete structure combined with the first joint and comprises a second finger part facing the first finger part which constituting the first joint, a second curved part combined with the lower part of the second finger part and having a smaller size than the size of the first curved part such that the second curved part is inserted to be combined with the inner side of the first curved part of the first joint, and a second vertical part formed at the lower part of the second curved part. Provided is a sliding type expansion joint device for supporting a load which can prevent the settlement based on the curved parts, suppress the generation of vibrations and noise due to the reduction of contact cross section of the finger parts, prevent the destruction of finishing material, and prevent a separation phenomenon between the expansion joint device and the concrete structures by smoothly discharging water generated from the concrete structures through an inducing groove. |
