The present invention relates to an apparatus for detecting a semiconductor device, including a main body providing a component mounting space and forming a detection passing region; a semiconductor device detecting module for detecting a semiconductor device; an alarm module for notifying the detected result of the semiconductor device detecting module; a display module for displaying data for a user; and a control module for controlling the operations of the semiconductor detecting module, the alarm module, and the display module. Multiple pieces of the semiconductor device detecting module are installed in the main body, and each of them has a frequency signal transmitting/receiving unit for transmitting a frequency signal to an object to be detected and receiving the frequency signal reflected from the object. The frequency signal transmitting/receiving unit has a transmission antenna transmitting the transmittance frequency signal, a first reception antenna receiving a first reception frequency signal, and a second reception antenna receiving a second reception frequency signal, wherein two or more pieces of the first and second reception antennas are provided. |
