<p>The method comprises disposing a filler material on a face of a portion of bus bars (3), disposing an electronic component (5) on the filler material, contacting electrodes with the bus bars so that an electric current flows in the filler material in the bus bar, attaching the bus bar in a profile by clamps (17), and providing a piston (19) present in contact with the electronic component so as to hold the component before passing the electric current between the electrodes. The method comprises disposing a filler material on a face of a portion of bus bars (3), disposing an electronic component (5) on the filler material, contacting electrodes with the bus bars so that an electric current flows in the filler material in the bus bar, attaching the bus bar in a profile by clamps (17), and providing a piston (19) present in contact with the electronic component so as to hold the component before passing the electric current between the electrodes. The piston and the electronic component are configured so that the contact between the component and the bus bar is extended on a surface and is flat. An expansion compensating spangle is placed on the filler material to form a stack (7). The electrodes are placed: near a surface of the bus bars covered by the electronic component; on a face opposite to a face on which the filler metal is disposed; and/or on both sides of the component. The electrodes comprise refractory nozzles, at their end, contacted with the bus bars. The refractory nozzles include tungsten pellets. The electrodes further comprise a cooling unit. The electrical current has an initial heating phase in which the current gradually increases and a cooling phase in which the current gradually decreases.</p> |
