The propeller has propeller blades rotatably mounted around axes of a housing (36) of a radial annular element (34), where the rotation of each blade is carried by a plate (238). A cylindrical body (282) is engaged in the housing of the radial annular element, and is centered and guided in rotation by a laminated abutment (200). The laminated abutment comprises a stack of elastomeric metal rings. The laminated abutment is elastically deformable in torsion about a longitudinal axis over a predetermined angular range, which is equal to the angular range of the propeller blades.
