Since the present invention can accurately sense an eating behavior by using sensor data sensed by a plurality of sensors installed in an electric rice cooker, an eating pattern of a person can be efficiently sensed by adding the present invention to a care service to be installed in welfare facilities for elderly people or homes of elderly people living alone. A method for sensing the eating pattern using a load cell, which is a method for sensing the eating behavior using an eating pattern sensor, comprises the steps of: collecting the sensor data sensed by heterogeneous multiple sensors installed in the electric rice cooker; filtering the collected sensor data; measuring a sensor change amount by using the filtered sensor data; determining the eating pattern and the presence or absence of the eating behavior by using the measured sensor change amount; and transmitting information according to the presence or absence of the eating behavior.
