The sole has an outer sole whose front part (11) is in contact with ground and rear part is provided with a heel (2). Damping layers (4, 5) are provided at a base of the heel. The rear part specifies concave radius of curvature in range between 50mm and 120 mm. An elastically deformable intermediate layer (12a) with spring action is provided at the rear part of the outer sole. The intermediate layer includes the form of a biased tongue with a transverse concave hyperbolic profile.
