The present invention provides an electricity rate display device for calculating an electricity rate by obtaining consumer electricity usage amount in real time and displaying an electricity rate having the minimum difference from an actually charged electricity rate by correcting the calculated electricity rate. A real time electricity rate display device according to the present invention comprises: a data communications unit receiving an electricity rate criteria from a remote management server or data concentration device by using a trunk network or a power line communications network and obtaining current electricity usage amount, that is, information on a consumer′s electricity usage amount up to now in the current month, from a power meter or the data concentration device; an electricity rate calculation unit calculating a current electricity rate, that is, the consumer′s electricity rate information up to now in the current month, on the basis of the electricity rate criteria and the current electricity usage amount; a storage unit storing the current electricity rate and a past electricity rate, that is, past month electricity rate information, by storing an electricity rate calculated by the electricity rate calculation unit on a monthly basis and storing an actual electricity rate, that is, the past month actual electricity charge information; an electricity rate correction unit correcting the current electricity rate and calculating a current expected electricity rate, that is, an expected electricity rate up to now in the current month, on the basis of the past electricity rate and the actual electricity rate; and a display unit displaying the current expected electricity rate to a user. If more than the necessary amount of electricity is used, an alarm signal is provided to a user. |
