A housing structure of a light emitting diode (LED) lighting fixture according to the present invention includes: a housing body having an LED module part therein and a radiating part at the upper portion; a joint box which is formed at the upper portion of the housing body and discharges power by introducing the power therein; and a holder coupled to the upper portion of the housing body in order for the lighting fixture to be easily coupled to other devices or other facilities. The housing body comprises a casing part with the LED module part therein and the radiating part radiating heat generated from the LED module part by being formed in the upper portion of the casing part. The radiating part is vertically formed in the housing body and comprises a plurality of radiation fins formed in a cylindrical shape to widen a heat transmission area and facilitate the flow of air. According to the housing structure of the LED lighting fixture in the present invention, the radiation fin has the cylindrical shape so that air smoothly flows regardless of the direction of wind to increase a radiation effect. The cylindrical radiation fin has the heat transmission area wider than the radiating part having a long groove shape. Since a joint box is attached and installed at the upper portion of the radiating part, connection is performed in the box. Therefore, electricity may be stably supplied without short-circuit or disconnection although there is strong wind or rain storm. The holder is installed at the upper portion of the radiating part to be easily coupled with other devices or other facilities. |
