CABLE-TYPE SECONDARY BATTERY

Disclosed in the present invention is a cable-type secondary battery. According to the present invention, the cable-type secondary battery includes: one or more internal electrode layers which include an internal current collector having a horizontal cross-section of a certain shape and extended in the longitudinal direction and an active internal electrode material formed on the surface of the internal current collector; a separator layer which surrounds the internal electrode layer; and an external electrode layer which surrounds the separator layer and includes an active external electrode material formed on the surface of an external current collector. The cable-type secondary battery further includes: a first connection terminal which is electrically connected to the external current collector and is formed at one end of the cable-type secondary battery; and a second connection terminal which is electrically connected to the internal current collector and is formed at the other end of the cable-type secondary battery. According to the present invention, it is easy to connect the cable-type secondary battery to a charger or a load.
