The screw (1) has a machining screed (15) flush-mounted at a sector of a proximal turn of a thread that includes proximal and distal threaded portions (3, 4), where the threaded portions are arranged on a coil for forming a step edge (17) in an unscrewing direction of the screw. The threaded portions are separated by a median portion and formed by a threaded cylindrical head of a body (2). The threaded portions are arranged at proximal and distal sides of the screw, respectively. Grooves are formed in a central portion of the body.
