<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel that forms a light blocking part at a terminal part of a shorted-out electrode pattern, and prevents inflow of light even when an inflow path of light and a short-circuit arrangement direction coincide with each other, thus preventing the shorted-out portion from being visible.SOLUTION: A touch panel includes a transparent substrate, and an electrode pattern 10 that is disposed on the transparent substrate in a mesh shape and forms an electrode. The electrode pattern 10 shorts out along the electrode shape, and includes a light blocking part 20 that is disposed to extend from a terminal part 11 of the shorted-out electrode pattern 10 and have a predetermined angle with respect to the terminal part 11.</p> |
