PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep non-visibility between a transparent electrode pattern section and a transparent insulation pattern section while the resistance deterioration of the transparent electrode pattern section is improved.SOLUTION: Each of a transparent electrode pattern section 13 and transparent insulation pattern section 14 includes at least conductive material parts, and the conductive material sections are formed in mutually different patterns. For example, the transparent electrode pattern section 13 and transparent insulation pattern section 14 have conductive material parts and non-conductive parts. The pattern of the conductive material parts (conductive parts 13b) and non-conductive parts (pores 13a) in the transparent electrode pattern section 13 and the pattern of the conductive material parts (island parts 14a) and non-conductive parts (gap parts 14b) in the transparent insulation pattern section 14 are formed of mutually different random patterns.
