PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle driving assist device capable of realizing operation assistance that matches driver's feeling with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A steering control unit 20 estimates a white line in rear of a vehicle on the basis of a white line recognized in front of the vehicle and a vehicle traveling state, determines whether an overtaking vehicle is present on an adjacent lane on the basis of the estimated white line in rear of the vehicle and a three-dimensional object in rear of the vehicle detected by a millimeter wave radar 35, and corrects a steering angle for steering control set based on the white line in front of the vehicle in a direction so as to be away from the overtaking vehicle if the overtaking vehicle is present within a set distance in rear of the vehicle.
