<p>The device comprises: a furnace device (110) with which a molten metal is provided; a distribution device (120) through which the molten metal is distributed by droplets of isolated molten metal; a buffer (150) that is arranged beneath the distribution device and collects the melt drops to solidify into granules; and a conveyor line (130) through which the molten metal from the furnace device is transferred to the distribution device. The conveyor line between a heater and the distribution device comprises a collector device (140) disposed in a variable volume for storing the molten metal. The device comprises: a furnace device (110) with which a molten metal is provided; a distribution device (120) through which the molten metal is distributed by droplets of isolated molten metal; a buffer (150) that is arranged beneath the distribution device and collects the melt drops to solidify into granules; and a conveyor line (130) through which the molten metal from the furnace device is transferred to the distribution device. The conveyor line between a heater and the distribution device comprises a collector device (140) disposed in a variable volume for storing the molten metal. The collector device adjusts a hydrostatic pressure of the molten metal depending on a filling level and a diverting rate of the molten metal to the distribution device so that the dripping off process of the molten metal is influenced by the distribution device. The collector device comprises a level regulating device and a heating device. The level regulating device comprises a contactless level measuring sensor. An inlet of the collector device is arranged lower than an outlet of the distribution device. The distribution device comprises a horizontal distribution pipe in a wall with a set of nozzle tubes. The distribution device is fed by the collector device. The manufactured granule grains have lenticular shape with a diameter of 2-12 mm and a thickness of 1.5-6 mm. The device further comprises a sieve for classifying the manufactured granule grains.</p> |
