PURPOSE: An SSD(Solid State Disk) is provided to reduce the generation of failure by using a thermoelectric element for reducing heat which is generated in the SSD. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(1) includes a first and a second surfaces. Memory chips(100a-100c) are mounted on the substrate. A wireless signal part(40) receives data to be recorded in a semiconductor chip and transmits data to the semiconductor chip through wireless signal. A thermoelectric unit(70) mounted in the substrate controls the temperature of the semiconductor chip and the substrate. The wireless signal part comprises wireless transceiving unit(S) which transceives data with an external device. |
