摘要 PURPOSE: A glass-ceramic slurry composition for light emitting diode(LED) package is provided to improve thermal conductivity while maintaining low sintering temperature by adding a small amount of crystalloid Al2O3 to CaMgSi2O6 glass and ensure thermal property by using organic solvent, dispersing agent, binder, and plasticizer at an optimal ratio. CONSTITUTION: A glass-ceramic slurry composition for light emitting diode(LED) comprises 50-80 weight of organic solvent, 0.5-2 weight% of dispersing agent, and 8-16 weight% of the sum of binder and plasticizer about 100 weight% of glass-ceramic powder containing CaMgSi2O6 glass with crystalloid Al2O3. The ratio of binder and plasticizer is 80-50:20-50. Three to five weight% of crystalloid Al2O3 about the total weight is added. A manufacturing method of the glass-ceramic slurry composition for LED comprises following two steps. Glass-ceramic powder, the dispersing agent, and organic solvent are mixed, and then the binder and the plasticizer are added to the mixture. The manufacturing method of the green sheet comprises the following step. Bubbles of the glass-ceramic slurry composition for LED are removed with -0.08 - -0.12Mpa pressure, and the glass-ceramic slurry composition for LED is casted by doctor blade process.
