PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone resin reflective substrate which exhibits high reflectance for high luminance light from an LED light source in a wide wavelength range, has superior thermal conductivity, is excellent in light fastness, heat resistance, weather resistance and flame retardancy without causing yellow discoloration or degradation with lapse of time even when irradiated with high luminance light, is mechanically and chemically stable and capable of maintaining a white color for a long period of time, has superior adhesiveness to metals or resins, can be easily molded, and can be inexpensively manufactured with high production efficiency.SOLUTION: Silicone resin reflective substrates 10 and 20 have a reflective layer formed into a film, solid or sheet on a support body or as a substrate, wherein the reflective layer comprises a three-dimensionally cross-linked silicone resin comprising a mono-organosiloxy unit and/or a siloxy unit, and white inorganic filler powders 12a and 12b comprising titanium oxide having a high reflective index than that of the silicone resin and subjected to surface treatment, dispersed and incorporated in the silicone resin. The reflective layer is formed by curing a viscous or plastic raw material composition in a liquid or grease state by three-dimensional crosslinking, and has a reflectance of at least 80% at a wavelength of 350 to 1000 nm. |
