PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog/digital converter, power consumption and occupation area of which can be reduced by eliminating the amplifier between respective analog/digital conversion units.SOLUTION: An analog/digital converter includes a first analog/digital conversion unit 1 for receiving a first analog input voltage Vin and performing digital conversion in a first period, a second analog/digital conversion unit 2 for receiving a second analog input voltage Vrs1 and performing digital conversion in a second period different from the first period, and a first coupling capacitor C01 for connecting the first analog/digital conversion unit 1 and second analog/digital conversion unit 2. The second analog/digital conversion unit 2 receives the first residual voltage Vrs1, after digital conversion in the first analog/digital conversion unit 1 via the first coupling capacitor C01, as a second analog input voltage. |
