PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gyro sensor capable of suppressing an output error when shocked and more accurately detecting angular velocity.SOLUTION: Detection weights 32 and 33 are arranged in an x axis direction in an outside drive weight 31 and are coupled by a coupled spring 44. A resonant frequency fin in a common phase mode and a resonant frequency fanti in an anti-phase mode can be separated by coupling both detection weights 32 and 33 with the coupled spring 44. Therefore, a gyro sensor can suppress an output error when shocked and more accurately detect angular velocity. |
