PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for detecting adhered substance or the like whose detection sensitivity is enhanced.SOLUTION: A device for detecting adhered substance according to the invention comprises: light irradiating means for irradiating a prescribed area of an object to which a substance is adhered with light; imaging means for receiving reflection light from the adhered substance, of the light irradiated from the light irradiating means by a plurality of pixels and converting the received reflection light into image data to output it; and adhesion amount information calculation means for processing the image data acquired from the imaging means and calculating the adhesion amount information of the adhered substance. The adhesion amount information calculation means divides an image domain for detecting the adhered substance into a plurality of reference domains, calculates adhered substance information in each domain indicating the amount of adhered substances in each reference domain to compare with a prescribed threshold, and calculates the adhesion amount information by summing up the adhered substance information in each domain using the comparison results. |
