The shaft 28 includes the winding part 21 around which a first coil is arranged, a winding part 22 around which a second coil is arranged, and the central magnetic pole 25 provided between the winding parts 21, 22. In a direction orthogonal to both the winding axis A200 of the first and second coils and the opposite direction thereof, the length W25 of the central magnetic pole 25 is shorter than the length W23 of the outer magnetic pole 23, and longer than the lengths W21, W22 of the winding parts 21, 22.
