PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a metal-clad laminate, which prevents a substrate from leaving marks on the surface of the metal-clad laminate, with improved productivity.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a metal-clad laminate 8 on both sides of an interposed sheet 2 includes: continuously transporting the long interposed sheet 2, a long first metal foil 3 or a long first core material 31, a long prepreg 6, and a long second metal foil 7 or a long second core material 71, and simultaneously hot pressing the first metal foil 3 or the like, the prepreg 6, and the second metal foil 7 or the like which are stacked in this order on both sides of the interposed sheet 2, respectively. The interposed sheet 2 includes a surface layer part 1 made of metal and positioned at least on both surface sides. The prepreg 6 includes a long substrate 4 impregnated with a resin composition 5, which is semi-cured. The first core material 31 or the like includes an insulation layer 32 of which one surface is provided with a conductor pattern 33 for use in an inner layer circuit and another surface is laminated with a metal foil 34. |
