PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress short circuit in a humidification apparatus forming an electric field between a porous metal body containing water for humidification and a conductor electrode.SOLUTION: A humidification apparatus includes: a porous metal body 3 formed in a three-dimensional network structure having a plurality of gap parts; a conductor electrode 4 arranged at an interval with the porous metal body 3 so as to face the porous metal body 3; a power source 5 for applying a voltage to the conductor electrode 4; a supply part 2 for supplying water to the porous metal body 3; and a blower means 6 for sending air to the porous metal body 3 and the conductor electrode 4. A height difference is provided between the two in such a manner that an upper end of the porous metal body 3 becomes higher than an upper end of the conductor electrode 4. |
