<p>A cover for a hand-held sound emitting device includes a cover body, which is configured for covering at a portion of the device body and for covering a speaker of the device. The cover body forms one or more outlet openings and further includes a plenum space, such as a channel. When the cover is mounted to the hand-held sound emitting device, the plenum space is in communication with the speaker and the outlet opening for harnessing and concentrating sound waves from the speaker to the outlet opening. A protective foldable panel is mounted to the cover body, with the cover body configured to receive and engage a portion of the panel wherein when the protective panel is received and engaged by the cover body, the panel forms a stand for supporting the cover.</p> |
