The present invention relates a platform for authoring an interactive electronic book and an authoring method thereof and, more in detail, to a platform for authoring an interactive electronic book comprising: an interface providing part for forming a background page by receiving non-interactive content and providing a user interface to generate interface content by arranging interactive objects on the background page and editing them; an interactive content storage part for storing, at a database, the interactive content generated via the user interface; and an electronic book generation part for generating the interactive electronic book by parsing the stored interactive content.
