PURPOSE: A secondary battery capacity predicting system and a driving method thereof are provided to drive an aviation fault indicating device with electric power which is generated by a sunlight panel. CONSTITUTION: A secondary battery capacity predicting system (1000) comprises a sunlight panel (100), an aviation fault indicating device (200), and a secondary battery capacity predicting server (300). The sunlight panel converts thermal energy which receives from sun during day time into electric power. The aviation fault indicating device turns on one or more lamps using charging voltage after storing the charging voltage during the day time. The aviation fault indicating device turns on one or more lamps during 3 to 7 days with the charging voltage even if the charging is abnormally performed. The aviation fault indicating device determines whether charging by a second battery is normally performed or not by measuring the charging voltage and panel voltage by 1 minute to 30 minutes intervals and by comparing the panel voltage with the charging voltage. The secondary battery capacity predicting server determines the exchanging state of the secondary battery by grasping whether the charging voltage which is received from a wired and wireless network is greater than predetermined reference voltage or not and whether the charging voltage is charged more than predetermined reference time or not.
