摘要 FIELD: electricity.SUBSTANCE: device consists of two bridge circuits with different conductivity direction for positive and negative alternating voltage half-periods respectively connected in parallel to the mains conductors, each of the circuits include two circuits of an in series storage capacitor and a power thyristor. Thyristors in these circuits ensure charge of storage capacitors in the first and third quarter-periods of alternating voltage respectively.
