FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in the equipment and jigs, fixtures and tools for electrochemical sizing. Method to manufacture and mount high pressure main lines consists in the fact that part of the wall thickness section along the main line channel length on the side of bending is increased by 10-20% and is smoothly conjugated with the other section part. Under the action of internal pressure the channel is bent to the side of greater wall thickness by at least double value of the maximal expansion of the channel. Prior to mounting the sizes of tunnels are increased on the side of deflection of the bent channel.EFFECT: faster mounting of high pressure main lines, improved reliability and small size of main lines.3 dwg
