PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle which can hold ICG stably by preventing leakage of ICG from particles in blood serum, concerning the indocyanine green (ICG) -containing particles used as a contrast agent of fluorescent imaging or photoacoustic-imaging or the like.SOLUTION: According to the particle having an aggregate of an indocyanine green and a phosphatide, the leakage of ICG from the particle in blood serum or the like is prevented, and the ICG can be held stably in the particle.
